Blogging
gives an administrator a sense of community in a world where social media is
used daily. While posting, the leader is
able to further evaluate what the topic of the post while writing and is able
to solicit input from peers. The blog
allows peers all over the world to provide feedback. Administrators often only meet with other
administrators once or twice a month during a meeting. Time constraints are always present so a blog
is a great way to get and give feedback rather quickly.
